Delete your QuickBite account

You can request deletion of your QuickBite account and associated personal data at any time using the steps below.

How to delete your account in the app

Open the QuickBite app and sign in.
Go to Settings (or Profile → Privacy / Account).
Tap Delete account.
Follow the on-screen confirmation (you may need to re-enter your password or verification code).

Account deletion starts immediately after you confirm in the app.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email noreply@ohstudio.dev from the email address linked to your account. Include the subject “QuickBite account deletion request” and your account email. We will process verified requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Account credentials and profile (name, email, phone, photo)
Recipes, photos, videos, comments, favorites, and follows tied to your account
Device push-notification tokens and in-app preferences linked to your user ID
Support tickets associated with your account (where applicable)

What may be kept temporarily

Limited security / fraud / abuse logs may be retained up to 90 days, then deleted or anonymized.
Content you published that other users legally rely on may be anonymized rather than fully removed when required for integrity of the service.
Data we must keep under applicable law (if any) for the required period only.

Delete some data without deleting your account

You can remove individual recipes and edit or clear profile fields in the app without deleting your whole account.
